If you are working on the frontend project and you need to check the responsivness of the pages 

option 1 
go to inspect and clcik on Toggle Device toolbar
                      or
ctrl + shift + M  and change the screen size

open terminal
    where you see the PORT right side of the terminal

click 
Ctrl + Shift + P

you see the top of your vs code 

port forwarding simple 
clcik 

then you will directly reach to the port 

where in section of port write the Port like localhost:5000

click then change visibility private to public 
by default it is private

then copy the forwarded url and shere on that device where we want to test
